Refund policy

1. Digital product, all sales final

The FlourishHer Method is a digital program. The moment you buy, you receive immediate and complete access to your personalised modules and guides. Because the product is delivered in full and instantly, we do not offer general refunds.

2. Our Expert Promise

We stand behind your results. If a module that matches your wellness profile is missing or was not attached to your bundle, contact us and we will send it to you at no extra cost. And if the guides do not meet your expectations, our team will build you one customised guide tailored to your profile and goals, at no extra charge. This is a one-time remedy: because every module is already built to a high standard, we do not offer further revisions beyond this single customised guide.

3. The one exception where we do refund

We will consider a full refund only in a serious, valid case, for example where the program does not align with your personal GP's report or your doctor's medical guidance for you. To request this, you must email us within 72 hours of purchase and include supporting proof (such as your GP's report). If approved, we refund in full to your original payment method.

4. How to claim

Email care@flourishher.health from the email address used at purchase, with your order number, a short note on what you need, and (for a refund request) your supporting proof. We respond within 7 business days.

5. Content access

If a refund is approved, your access is revoked. All FlourishHer content remains owned by us; you may use it personally, but you may not redistribute or resell it.

6. Before raising a dispute

Please email us before contacting your bank. We are quick to help and can almost always resolve things directly.
