By using FlourishHer (the website, body check, reports, or program) you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

FlourishHer is an educational wellness program for women navigating perimenopause. We provide assessments, protocols, content, and a community. We do not provide medical care.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account or resell access.

4. Payment and access

The FlourishHer Method is sold on a one-time payment basis for lifetime access. We may add new modules over time; lifetime access includes future updates.

5. Refunds

6. Content rights

All FlourishHer content (text, protocols, video, audio) is owned by us. You may use it personally. You may not redistribute, resell, or train AI models on our content.

7. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate practitioners, give medical advice using our materials, spam the community, or engage in harassment.

9. Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
